Be Home Every Night!  E.J. Bognar is seeking a dedicated Short-Haul Driver to haul tankers, dumps, flats, and vans to customer locations and between company plants. 

       Title:  Truck Driver

Location:  East Palestine Plant – 51887 East Taggart Street, East Palestine, OH 44413

    Hours:  Full Time

        Pay:  Hourly, Depending on Experience

Requirements: 

• Current Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Clean driving record (No moving violations within last 3-years, No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 7-years)
• Must be able to pass drug screen and DOT medical/physical exam (Employer reimbursed)
• Maintain driver logs and mileage reports in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Ability to securely load, balance, tarp (if needed), and unload cargo
• Ability to follow customer safety and unloading procedures
• Complies with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times
• Weekend and holiday deliveries may be required, as well as the rare overnight trip
• Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
• Meet delivery deadlines
