Interstate Utility Trailer, based out of Cincinnati, OH, is searching for a President to help take our organization to the next level for one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in North America. We are a full-service trailer dealership offering trailer sales and rentals, full parts support, service and mobile service capabilities. We are one of the largest trailer dealerships in the U.S, with locations in Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, OH, Louisville, KY, and Indianapolis, IN. In addition to these markets, we serve the Lexington, KY, Cleveland, OH, Ft. Wayne, IN, and West Virginia areas. The ideal candidate will have ten or more years of Operations and Sales experience and work well in a fast-paced environment to lead and support all profit centers of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and executes a strategic business plan for the organization including achievement of assigned metrics such as those related to financial forecasts and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates and communicates at all levels of the organization to meet corporate goals.
Manages and leads the Capital Sales Team.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
Approves contracts, actively assisting with negotiations.
Approves advertising and marketing campaigns.
Approves hiring of new employees
Approves termination of employees
Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, new technologies, and market conditions relevant to the division and industry.
Communicates to the company and executive management team the current state of the business
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Any other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
Ten years of semi-trailer sales and management experience required.
Thorough understanding of trailer repair services and aftermarket parts.
Thorough understanding of the company’s policies, procedures, systems, and objectives.
Thorough understanding of fiscal and human resource management techniques.
Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and governmental regulations.
Thorough knowledge of company budget and financials
Ability to produce sales and implement marketing strategies.
Ability to lead a robust sales department to company goals.
Ability to lead service department and parts department to company goals
Ability to develop policies and procedures that are effective and clear.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Position will be based out of Cincinnati, OH but will travel to other profit centers as needed
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to travel to meet customers and other shops and be able to access and navigate all areas of a facility.
